"From the same mouth come blessing and cursing.
My brothers, these things ought not to be so.
Does a spring pour forth from the same opening both fresh and salt water?"

Prepare: Pray for our time as a team on our cultural training. Pack for the trip. You will only need a backpack.
"Hot" or "Cold"... that's what most of of experience in our kitchen sink. The dramatic contrast is very evident especially if you accidentally scald your hands after expecting cool or even warm water. As painful as that might be, it is so much more painful to allow "Curses" to come out of our mouths. OK, we usually don't curse in our estimation of things, yet consider how often we might complain, gossip, lie, backbite, slander, accuse, etc. Our words run all day long. So, whenever you turn that hot or cold water knob on, reflect upon your day full of words. Then determine to BLESS.
